It has a spoolie brush end to blend and pull colour through the brows. Apply heavily for a full brow or lightly for a more natural effect.
How to use:
- Fill in sparse areas of the brow with the fine pointed side of the tip.
- Lightly fill in the brow with the flat side of the tip.
- Using the spoolie end, blend and pull color through to fill in any gaps.
